Engineer Ayman El Kasrawy has a B.Sc. in civil engineering from Alexandria University in 1981. He launched off his career in the construction and rreconstruction market, all the while showing a keen eye for new business ventures. With over 35 years of experience, Ayman has successfully grown several startups into full-fledged companies.
Engineer Ayman beside being the Managing Director at El Ofok for Real Estate Investment and Green Waves for Real Estate Investment and he is the Chairman and Group CEO of the Board of Directors at Dunes Capital Group (DCG). He is also part of the board of directors of several leading regional companies, including El Dawlia for Sports Investment, the Arabian Group for Trading and Distribution, and the Arabian Group for Car Trading. He is an active member of the Egyptian Real Estate Council (ERC) and an active board member of the Investors Association of El Sheikh Zayed.
Engineer Bahaa Eldin El Shafey has a B.Sc. in civil engineering from Alexandria University in 1981. He has over 35 years of experience in providing engineering services including project management, design, supervision, and construction.
In the early 1990s, he co-founded El Rabwa for Tourism, Investment, and Real Estate in Egypt and, in 2003, he co-founded United Engineering and Technical Consultants (UNETEC) in Kuwait and currently serves as the company’s managing director. Through his vision, UNETEC has grown to become one of the largest engineering consultancy offices in Kuwait. UNETEC has undertaken a diverse array of projects including the construction and development of roads, airports, government buildings, educational institutions, hospitals, marinas, and ports.
Engineer Bahaa is the Vice Chairman at Dunes Capital Group (DCG). From 1992 to 2002, was the General Manager at Ensh’at El Eman Establishment in Kuwait, where he oversaw the development of several mega projects.
Dr. Khaled Maetouk is a regional businessman with a remarkable reputation. His long experience in engineering spans consulting, contracting and project management. His background as a civil engineer and his Ph.D. in project management are seasoned by his deep experience handling large-scale engineering projects for global and local principals.
Dr. Khaled has also built his expertise in trading and commercial agencies, where he has an impressive array of global fortune 500 firms that he represents regionally. His trading business covers metals and minerals, commodities, and high-tech products.
Dr. Khaled is a founding partner at several well-established firms including Golden Eiwan General Contracting and Trading (Kuwait), Octa Holding (Egypt), United Expertise House (Kuwait and London), Madarat Medical (Riyadh), Egypt Heavy Industries (Egypt).
Dr. Khaled is also board member in many organizations in United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain and France, besides being a lecturer in many universities and international organizations.
Mohamed El Kasrawy founded El Kasrawy group in the 1970s, El Kasrawy Group has been operating in the Egyptian market for over 40 years. It is the exclusive agent for many renowned automotive brands including Citroen-France, IVECO - Italy, Ssangyong - S.
